I like dining there. Food is good, good sized portions. I always bring a little home. Friendly service.

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for breakfast, never get checked on, and cigarette smoke.

The wait staff is so friendly. 3 of us had breakfast. 44.00 before tip (just a heads up). 5 stars if they had butter. Simply believe its definitely not butter can muck up breakfast. Will return for lunch or dinner. Reccomend, but BYOB (butter) if doing breakfast.

We stop here whenever we're in the area. The food is great and the staff is friendly. We never have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner... it's all good.

Patsy made me feel at home

Finally got a chance to stop in and grab a bite of some southern cookin' for dinner. Once I saw that Chicken Fried Steak and Fried Okra were on the menu... I knew I was all set. Sad that the mac n' cheese was out, but Mashed Potatoes (not instant as one reviewer here stated) with gravy rounded out my "carb heavy" meal. Lol. The food was very good and "just enough" if you are hungry. The waitress was friendly and never had to wait for a refill or extra napkins. Reasonable prices. Will be back to try some breakfast dishes because any other meal there (as folks who know me and southern cookin' can attest to) will be Country Fried Steak and Fried Okra. 😁Please note that the ONLY reason I did not give a 5 Star is because I have only been here ONCE. Consistency will earn the last one. 👍

Omg so I order the double burger, cause well I'm a big girl and was starving so thinking well it's maybe a quarter pound so I'll get double, so WRONG, this burger was so big I cut it in half thinking I could pick that up, it was enormous, cooked all the way through, yet somehow still juicy, and full of flavor!! I am so happy we stopped there on our way home, I had never been there but will most certainly be back!! The picture goes it no justice on how big it truly was!!

Very nice little spot. I was impressed and I will return. Fairly easy to find, with a really simple sign out front that just says Patsy's. Ramp to get into the restaurant. Nice dining area, and there's a second room for larger groups, small parties, or that group of men that always seems to congregate in the morning for coffee and chat. LOL. Good food, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff.

I normally love little restaurants like this, but I had a horrible experience there. First my boyfriend orders a sweet tea and the lady said they didn't feel like making it. Who does that?? Then as everyone at our table is eating their food my boyfriend and I are still waiting (he had an omelette and I had a blt) the simplest order out of everyone at the table. She then says "the cook misplaced our ticket" as she's looking at 3 tickets that are in her apron. On top of that the bathroom light turned off when I was in their. I will personally never return here. I hope this isn't their normal hospitality that they give because as a previous waitress myself I was extremely upset with the service. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Had lunch specialof soup and grilled cheese. Both were excellent. Staff friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Will go back.

They need a cook that knows how to cook! It was really bad! The boy at the next table asked for a box so he could take his home for his dog.

Great little hidden gem! I felt like I was sitting in a friend's home enjoying a home cooked meal! You guys need to put up signs from Colonial Downs directing folks your way from Rosies!

Paty's is a perfect little place to eat. A home cooked meal in a home like atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly.

Good hometown diner food. I wish they would improve their signage so one would know that it's a diner!

I ordered the caesar salad and a side of sausage links. The salad was supposed to be romaine lettuce as stated on the menu & i got shredded iceberg lettuce that they must use for sandwiches. My sausage links were crusty and obviously cooked hours before. Would not recommend. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and been disappointed by the meal I’m paying for.

Love this restaurant

After weeks of passing by we stopped here last Saturday. Service and food were delightful. The decor is enhanced by wonderful wreaths made locally and available for purchase. What a wonderful display of community support. Thank you Patsy.

New to the area wanted to find a place to eat and came across this place. I must say they are phenomanal, my son ordered a grilled cheese and fries and it came out in a perfect portion for a little one. I got the Pulled Pork with a baked potato and macaroni and cheese and I must say it was amazing. My husband got the catfish platter and said it was great flavoring and the coleslaw was on point. This may become our new favorite when we can afford it. She also turned cartoons on for our son to keep him occupied and even brought him crayons and paper to color with. Extremely friendly and a downhome feel to this place for sure.

I totally love Patsy's restaurant. I've known this restaurant for about 20 years it originally started out in Toano and now it's in Providence Forge. I like the new location because it's closer to me I will be able to go more often. The food is excellent!

If you want home cooked food Patsys is where you need to be always fresh and delicious!!

Great small place to stop at and have a bite to eat. Awesome and delicious Bologna Burger and the famous crunchy fries.

Got a chicken salad sandwich and had hair in it! The waiter saw it, but when took it back..person in back said they didnt see it...tried to charge me for the part of the sandwich I ate. Nobody at my table had that hair color.

Breakfast was excellent and our lady server was really nice and attentive. We definitely want to stop here again for breakfast!

Awesome food friendly service

The Reuben was a bit stingier on the corned beef than I am used to at other restaurants. Flavor was good. Homemade fries were tasty. Service was wonderful

Food was great service was ok she got behind hard to keep up but food will bring me back great home cooking
